I had gotten one of the bags for myself in a subscription box and my girlfriend loved it when we traveled, so as a gift i got her one in her favorite color (army green).

The zipper on hers wore out almost immediately due to a manufacturing defect, but the tooletries team replied to our return request immediately and were incredibly helpful! The only delays we experienced were due to the fact that we are based in the US and Tooletires is based in Australia, but even so within a few days there was a replacement bag on our doorstep and we were back to storing our toiletries in excellent bags!
