Return Policy

Returns

Unused items in saleable condition, purchased from our web store, may be returned within 30 days of purchase in accordance with this Return Policy. Please contact our Customer Service Department at support@tooletries-usa.reamaze.com. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt of the goods, the original method of payment will be credited. Please note that all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.

If an item in your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact the Customer Service Department and they will assist you with replacing or crediting the damaged or defective items.

If an order is refused or not picked up by the customer and is returned to TOOLETRIES by the carrier, only the cost of the product will be refunded, and only upon written request of the person who paid for an order. 

Order cannot be cancelled once order is confirmed and placed. Customers who wish to cancel their order will need to follow the return policy.
